This Episode’s Guests

Dr. Angela Kingdon is an American late-diagnosed autistic mother of a young adult son who is currently in college in the United States. Angela now lives in England and hosts The Autistic Culture Podcast, which is one of my favourites to listen to. Dr. Kingdon started her career as a ghostwriter in 1994. She has provided authors with book strategy, accountability coaching, self-publishing, and marketing services as well as helping people who want to publish traditionally to find a literary agent and get a book deal for over 30 years.

Angela has worked on over 2,000 books and helped authors sell over 50 million combined books. She now focuses on working with other Autistic people on books about their interests, Autism memoirs, and their professional work. She also works with a very select neurotypical people who have expertise in affirming care for neurodivergent populations.

Michelle Rose is a late-diagnosed autistic mother of 3 autistic children in Chester, England. Her husband is Kieran Rose, the Autistic Advocate. Michelle spent a dozen years mentoring and training thousands of small business owners to get started with the basics of their marketing via online marketing courses and mentoring in her own unique, friendly, and creative way of thinking about marketing. She homeschools two of her three children.
